IVNC 2008 conference
The 21st International Vacuum Nanoelectronics Conference will be held in Wrocław, Poland, on July 13-17, 2008. This conference is a comprehensive forum for oral and poster presentations, discussion and exchange on recent developments in the field of vacuum micro and nanoelectronics. Researches form physics, chemistry, materials science and engineering disciplines including electrical, mechanical, chemicals and materials engineering participate.
The program of conference will include technical sessions comprising both invited and contributed papers. A number of international experts in this field will give reports on new developments and recent results.
